PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat structure, which can accommodate needs of a variety of driving positions. SOLUTION: A seat 37 is arranged so that it can be adjusted in inclined moves ranging from a seated position to standing position, and be fixed at a desirable position. When a driver wants to take the seated position, the seat can be held horizontal, and when the driver want to take the standing position, the seat can be held inclined, where the driver's body is supported, so that a variety of driving position becomes possible.
