PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a tool replacement position of a spindle against a tool delivery position of a tool magazine in parallel with mounting a jig device on a bed and to shorten the mounting time of a machine tool furnished with the tool exchange device. SOLUTION: A bed part unit 36 is constituted by mounting the jig device on the bed on which a standard surface is formed, a spindle stock unit 30 to install the spindle 31 free to move in the three axial directions at right angles with each other is constituted on a base 6, a tool holding part 41 selected by dividing and rotating the tool magazine 42 provided with a plural number of the tool holding parts 41 to hold a tool T is divided and positioned at the tool delivery position, the tool replacement device for replacing the tool between itself and the spindle 31 positioned at the tool replacement position 45 is furnished and the base 6 of a spindle stock unit 40 on which the tool replacement device is installed is positioned and fixed on the standard surface formed on the bed of the bed part unit 36.
