PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compression treatment device for a PET bottle which does not allow the PET bottle to be rolled in between the first and the second compression rollers. SOLUTION: This compression treatment device for a PET bottle is provided with a pair of the first compression rollers 21A and 21B which compress the PET bottle thrown from the first inlet port 17, and a pair of the second compression rollers 25A and 25B which compress the PET bottle compressed by the first compression rollers 21A and 21B. The first compression rollers 21A and 21B having compression teeth 23Ha and 23Hb which are provided along shafts 22A and 22B at regular intervals, and the second compression rollers 25A and 25B have compression teeth 27Ha and 27Hb which are provided along rotary shafts 26A and 26B at regular intervals. In the device, spacer 24A and 24B for prevention of roll-in is provided between the first compression rollers 21A and 21B and the second compression rollers 25A and 25B.
