PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite reverse osmosis membrane excellent in desalting of inorganic salts and exclusion of cationic organic substances in their low concentration regions and having a high permeation flux, by chemically bonding an amine compound having at least four amino groups and 10 or more carbon atoms to a polyamide thin film produced by an interfacial polycondensation reaction and crosslinking reaction of a polyfunctional amine with a polyfunctional acid halide component. SOLUTION: A polyamide thin film produced by an interfacial polycondensation reaction and crosslinking reaction of m-phenylenediamine with trimesic acid chloride is further reacted with, for example, an amine compound represented by formula 1 to be chemically bonded to each other.
