PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an economical hydraulic mixture by adding a required quantity of a swelling substance for enhancing the viscosity. SOLUTION: When the hydraulic mixture A is manufactured, a specified quantity of water W and a specified quantity of a water swelling substance B are loaded into a mixer 10 and are mixed and stirred in advance. After the water W and the water swelling substance B are stirred for a specified time, the mixing and stirring operation by the mixer 10 is stopped and the mixture is left at rest for a specified time. This specified time is the time provided for causing the sufficient swelling and dispersion of the water swelling substance B into slurry S and is properly set in conformity with the quantity of the water swelling substance B or the like. When the slurry S made up of the sufficiently swelled and dispersed water swelling substance B after the lapse of the specified time when the mixture is left at rest is manufactured, a hydraulic cement C and fine aggregates(s) are loaded into the mixer 10 and are kneaded into the hydraulic mixture A at a specified blending ratio. |
