PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stop bleeding from a puncture easily and certainly which are made after extracting a needle of an injection used for a medical treatment or an examination which needs to puncture a blood vessel. SOLUTION: A pad 7 is placed to cover a puncture on a blood vessel. A pressure-sensitive tape 1 adhesive to self-backing which is adhesive to its own back but is not adhesive or less adhesive to a material to be wrapped is put around the pad 7. The pad 7 is pressed toward the puncture on the blood vessel. Bleeding is stopped certainly by pressing the blood vessel with few stimuli to the skin. Bleeding is completely stopped by fixing a pressing plate, which is larger than the pad and is strong, to the pad, and by wrapping the pressure- sensitive tape adhesive to self-backing over the pressing plate.
