摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare ice coffee in a transparent bottle increased in a commercial value through completely separating a coffee phase thereof from a milk constituent phase thereof. SOLUTION: This ice coffee with a milk constituent separated in its phase from coffee is produced by subjecting to UHT treatment a liquid containing a coffee extract obtained from roasted coffee beans with L value of <=24 and a milk constituent, and as the case may be, a liquid containing a sucrose fatty acid ester.
