PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric-driven fishing reel capable of flexibly and accurately enlarging a target fishing range and diversification of fishing methods. SOLUTION: This electrically-driven fishing reel is characterized in that in an electrically-driven fishing reel equipped with a spool rotatably supported on a fishing reel main body, a spool motor for rotating and driving the spool, a speed change means which is attached to the fishing reel main body and regulates motor output of the spool motor from a high speed to a low speed and a clutch mechanism for changing the spool form a fishing line winding state and a fishing line playing out state, the regulation of the motor output by the speed change means can be adjusted by different speed change patterns.
