PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peeling device for an onion peeler, designed to roll onions put to pretreatment on respective V-shaped rollers. SOLUTION: This peeling device for an onion peeler has such a scheme that two parallel rotating shafts rotating in the same direction by the aid of the mechanical power of a motor are axially mounted with V-shaped rollers at moderate intervals and onions put to pretreatment are rolled on the respective V-shaped rollers and compressed air is blown against the onions under rolling motion.
