PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damages to lead and to shorten mounting tact time. SOLUTION: A lead position from both ends by a prescribed number (six) is detected in each of lead arrangement on four sides of an IC by means of an IC lead detecting means 23, based on image data acquired from an IC image pickup means 22, an IC center and gradient calculation means 24 calculates the coordinates and the gradient of the center G of the IC, based on the detection result from the IC lead position detecting means 23. |
