PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member with a thin film of lithium metal, which is very thin, uniform and not deteriorated in an atmosphere. SOLUTION: This member 10 with a thin film of lithium metal comprises a base material 11 and the thin film of lithium metal formed on the base material 11 by a vapor growth method. Thickness of the thin film comprises 0.1 μm or more and 20 μm or less, for example. The base material 11 comprises a metal, an alloy, a metallic oxide, and carbon, for example. Thickness of the base material comprises 1 μm or more and 100 μm or less, for example. The member 10 is used as an electrode member for a lithium cell. |
