PURPOSE:To produce a thin omelet having a good quality and inexpensive in a large scale while saving labor. CONSTITUTION:A forming conveyer 2 having a given number of forming plates 6 arranged on an endless chain 5 at even intervals is installed in an inverse trapezoidal state and is intermittently moved within a distance corresponding to an arranged interval of the forming plates 6. A horizontal moving range of the forming conveyer 2 is an interval between a driving sprocket 10 and a following sprocket 11. An spraying an oil onto a frame 9 of the forming plate 6, which stops on the upstream side of the range, from an oil film forming nozzle 22 of an oil film forming mechanism 20, an egg pulp is supplied from an egg pulp nozzle 26 of a supplying mechanism 23 to an eccentric supplying position and the egg pulp is expanded in the whole range of the frame 9 to fill the egg pulp rotating an expansion bar 28 of an expansion mechanism 27. After charging the egg pulp, the forming conveyer 6 moves 1 pitch to move the forming plate 6 charged with the egg pulp to a heating region. The egg pulp is heated one by one by a gas burner 18 of a heating mechanism 17 to form a thin omelet by baking to a given state until the forming plate 13 passes through the heating region. |
