PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accumulate for a long time an information about an user's exercise ability measured while using a health apparatus and to make it possible to peruse the accumulated information through a network. SOLUTION: The health apparatus 2 is used by an user M to maintain or to control the user's exercise ability. A measuring device 3 is established to measure some information about the user's exercise ability while using the health apparatus 2. On the health apparatus 2, an user specifying device 6 is established to input the information to specify the user M. A measured result from the measuring device 3 is transmitted to a sever 5 through an internet 4 corresponding to the user M input from the user specifying device 6 and is accumulated in a data base DB established to a server 5. The information accumulated in the data base DB is able to be perused on a communication terminal 1 connected to the internet 4.
