<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for effectively using a fly ash wherein the fly ash produced from a thermal power station is effectively used as resources, together with wastes containing iron, plastic wastes, waste sands, waste toners and paper making sludge which are low in value of use. SOLUTION: The fly ash is mixed with at least one kind of wastes containing iron, waste sands, plastic wastes, waste toners and paper making sludge, and pelletized to form a pellet. By throwing this pellet on a molten iron in a molten- iron transporting ladle which is transported to a converter after the molten-iron pre-treatment, the molten iron is covered its surface to be hot insulated and the degree of basicity of a molten slag is also controlled, or by throwing this pellet, as to cover, on the molten iron in the converter after the molten-iron pre-treatment, or on the molten steel in an electric furnace, the molten iron or the molten steel are heated with a combustion heat of C in this pellet, as heating source, and the degree of basicity of the molten slag is also controlled.</p> |
