PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof material having excellent drying ability at ambient temperatures and surface drying ability, further having excellent waterproofness, curability and traceability to the substrate after drying, together with additional characteristics such as resistance to penetration of root, chemical stability and durability in long term, capable of enhancing various functionalities through excellent secondary adhesiveness, and enabling to use for general purposes as having proper working viscosity and low odor at work. SOLUTION: This waterproof material comprises a resin composition containing a radically curable resin and a reinforcing material, in which the radically curable resin comprises 1 to 9 wt.% of styrene monomer as a requisite component, and the amount of volatilization of the polymerizable monomer after cure at 25 deg.C is in the range of 10 to 50 g/m2.
