PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder for skillfully storing a net for covering garbage after the net is used on a collecting day of garbage. SOLUTION: One side of the cylinder is flared and the other side is closed. A rope is passed through the cylinder and goes out from the closed side via a hole by attaching a hook and a handle to the open side and the closed side, respectively. By hooking the net on the hook and the pulling handle from the other side, the net is put from the opened side and is stored in the cylinder. Then, the remaining rope is stored by winding on a handle provided at the center.
