PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter which is capable of cutting a board stock into a lattice for manufacturing small printed circuit boards of the same shape, inexpensive and ready for multiple products. SOLUTION: This cutter has two cutting stations, and the cutting stations 21 and 22 are allocated to longitudinal and transverse cutting directions for cutting the board stock 14. Cutting lines on board stages 23 and 36 are fixed, and the board stocks 14 and 14a placed on the board stages 23 and 36 are fed at a predetermined pitch by feed claws 26 and 26a and cut. When printed circuit boards of not so high cutting accuracy are manufactured out of the board stock 14, a cutter which is simple in structure and inexpensive can be provided while ensuring the cutting accuracy. This cutter is ready for the cutting of the printed circuit boards of various kinds of shapes, and the board stage need not be exchanged as requested in a conventional cutter even when the shape is changed.
