PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add calcium and magnesium to water by taking healthy balance into consideration relating to a mineral elution device of adding minerals as well as water generating device and a refrigerator. SOLUTION: The mineral elution device 1 is formed by packaging calcium adding agents 11 and magnesium adding agents 12 with packaging materials 9 and 10 and packing the materials into a casing having an aperture 4. Calcium sulfite CaSO3 is used for the calcium adding agents 11 and magnesium oxide MgO is used for the magnesium adding agents 12. Since the packing ratio is set at 1:1, the calcium and the magnesium are added to the water at a ratio of Ca/Mg=1.8 to 2.3 with good balance and the healthy water having the good mineral balance may be generated.
