PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attritor device in which a seal member of a bearing part is not damaged by forcedly cooling a stirring shaft. SOLUTION: A cooling fin 26 is formed on an upper half part upwardly projected from a close container 1 of the stirring shaft 20 along an axial direction and a cooling mechanism 30 is arranged so as to surround this cooling fin 26. This cooling mechanism 30 is formed to a cylindrical shape and the inside thereof is hollow. A cooled air is periphery surface toward the stirring shaft 20 (cooling fin 26) and a temperature rise of the stirring shaft 20 is inhibited. Thereby, a deformation of the stirring shaft 20 and a damage to and a deterioration of the seal member 14 by a heat are prevented.
