PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display stand which can correspond to various kinds of commodities or variations in quantity to improve the operations of displaying the commodities and carry out satisfactory display and layout of them. SOLUTION: In this display stand, a base seat 3 has an inclined portion 31 inclining rearwardly and upwardly, a holding base 2 is composed by disposing a plurality of rest bodies 21 vertically and horizontally on the inclined portion 31, and each rest body 21 can be seated on the inclined portion 31 by arbitrarily selecting either a first resting state P or a second resting state Q, in which the direction of the rest body 21 is reversed from front to rear contrary to the first resting state P.
