PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To neatly display articles while preventing them from falling forward. SOLUTION: The box both for package and display includes a bottom wall 18, a front wall 1, a pair of sidewalls 2, a rear wall 3, and a lid flap 8 for receiving articles G side by side in a fore-and-aft direction and displaying the articles G with a front part cut to open. The sidewall 2 is equipped with a fore-and-aft folding piece 15 which can be pushed inward, and its tip is formed to be wavy. If the folding piece 15 is pushed into the box in displaying the articles G, its wavy tip engages with a side of the articles G to prevent the articles G from falling forward.
