PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-slip sheet for a tatami backing which prevents loss of a slip resistance due to flattening of a resin film surface due to temperature increase at moisture adjustment processing of an insulation board used for a tatami core material and has good projection abrasion and slip resistances. SOLUTION: The non-slip sheet for the tatami backing 2 comprises a laminate layer 6, on one side of a textile fabric 3 or a non-woven fabric 3 made of a thermoplastic resin, which is made of a reactor-type thermoplastic elastomer consisting of a crystalline polypropylene component and a rubber component such as a propylene-ethylene copolymer.
