PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carton of such a form that an entire top surface of the carton can be opened and re-closed after it is opened. SOLUTION: The carton is obtained by assembling a blank having a first side panel, front panel, second side panel, rear panel and pasting panel which are sequentially connected with one another via creases, and a top panel, a top lower panel and top folding pieces connected with upper sides of the respective panels via creases respectively, while a notch or a punched hole is provided at both corners of the top lower panel. The top panel and both top folding pieces are glued through the notch or the punched hole to form a top surface integrally comprising four panels including the top panel, the top lower panel and both top folding pieces. A tear-open means is provided on a crease between the top lower panel and the rear panel and a crease between the top panel and the front panel. A tab is provided with a tear-open means placed connected with the top surface on an upper part of the first side panel. Thus an openable lid is formed of the top surface and the tab. In addition, an insertion port is provided on the pasting panel.
