摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and a manufacturing device capable of efficiently mass-producing a particulate gel having a uniform particle diameter and a high quality with no fusion and no aggregation. SOLUTION: The manufacturing device comprises a liquid cyclone type body 1; an introduction pipe 3 for a cooling oil 2 circulated in the body; a nozzle means 5 arranged in the introduction pipe 3; a circulation pump 6; a hot retaining container 10; and a helical sliding way type chute 9 projectedly provided on an inner wall of the body at a lower part of a washing water layer. An aqueous solution of a gel-forming material is introduced from the nozzle means 5 into the body 1 in the same direction as a flowing direction of the cooling oil 2 at a lower flow speed than the flow speed thereof and is liquefied. The liquid drop descends the particulate gel obtained by solidifying in the cooling oil 2 to a washing water layer 8 formed by introducing water from a nozzle means 17 for introducing a washing water, is rolled on the chute 9 and is transferred to a bottom part of the body.
