PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve freedom of layout of a hood inside as well as to efficiently carry out energy absorption at the time of collision with a pedestrian. SOLUTION: It is devised to regulate displacement to a vehicle inside of an engagement part 22 at the time when a hood panel 12 is deformed as it receives a load at the time of collision of the vehicle by engaging front end part both sides of the hood panel 12 of a car body with a skeleton member 13 of a car body side part.
