PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture permeable film/non-woven fabric composite having good strength, texture and water resistance and easily manufactured and processed, and a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The moisture permeable film/non-woven fabric composite comprises a laminate of two layers or more in which a non-woven fabric (A) made of an olefin polymer is laminated on at least one side of a film layer made of an ionomer (B) having moisture permeability. Preferably the ionomer (B) has a moisture permeance of 0.02 g/m/day or higher. The composite is manufactured by extrusion lamination of the film made of the ionomer (B) having moisture permeability on a surface of the non-woven fabric (A) made of the olefin polymer, which is then cooled by a casting roll.
