PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag capable of easily and reliably sealing an opening part. SOLUTION: At least two cores 2A and 2B formed of a strip-like plate piece are fixed along the opening part 11 on an outer surface of a sheet 11a forming the opening part 11 of a bag body 1 having the opening part 11 closed by overlapping two flexible sheets 11a and 11b on one end, the opening part 11 is returned so that the two cores 2A and 2B are located to the outermost side, and the opening part 11 is closed by holding the sheets 11a and 11b between the two cores 2A and 2B, and overlapping the two cores 2A and 2B. The surfaces on the fixed side of the two cores 2A and 2B to the sheet 11a are respectively smooth.
