PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attitude controller for a work vehicle capable of obtaining a large attitude change amount while reducing a travel operation amount of a machine main body for a ground contact part of a running device when an inclination angle of the machine main body is changed for the ground contact part of the running device and holding the machine main body in a plane condition as much as possible when the inclination angle of the machine main body is changed. SOLUTION: Two driving means (A, B sections) among four driving means changing and adjusting heights in four sections A, B, C, D in the front and rear and on the right and left of the machine main body, respectively, are driven and stopped, a reference plane KH including each height position for the ground contact part of the running device of two respective driving means which are driven and stopped is set, and two other driving means (C, D sections) are driven so that each operation amount from the reference plane KH becomes the same to perform plane maintaining attitude change operation for maintaining a condition in which a plane is formed at each height position for the ground contact part of the running device of four driving means.
