PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnostic imaging apparatus or an angiography device which can track and image a contrast medium without imposing too much burden on a subject by exposing a subject to X-ray and administering a contrast medium. SOLUTION: An angiography device has a bed 2 with a table 2b to put a subject P on, a C-shaped C arm 3, and an X-ray generating means 6 mounted on one end and an X-ray detecting means 5 mounted on the other end of the C arm 3 in a manner that they face each other. When a flow of a contrast medium administered to the subject P is tracked and imaged, the angiography device enables the C arm 3 to move into a direction E. The angiography device allows a technician to simulate to track and image the contrast medium by displaying the flow of the contrast medium before doing actually.
