PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curing agent having a fluidity capable of giving a non- solvent type resin composition with curing property, having a miscibility, and exhibiting a low stress in a cured material, and to provide the non-solvent type resin composition with curing property, exhibiting a low stress in the cured material. SOLUTION: The imide based oligomer has an imide unit composed of an asymmetrical aromatic compound (A) or a diaminosiloxane residual group, wherein the composition ratio of the A component to the B component (A/B) is in the range of 1.2-5, and has an acid anhydride at the terminal. And the imide based oligomer having the acid anhydride at the above terminal, and the resin composition having the curing property, containing an epoxy resin, are provided.
