PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composite having the characteristics such as pliability, strength or the like in a resinous molded product, especially a coating film and a film, and the various surface characteristics such as a high hardness or the like at the surface, and to provide a method for producing the composite. SOLUTION: The resin composite with variable phase structures in the direction of depth comprises a cured resinous product of (I) an active energy rays curable resin composition and (II) a thermoplastic resin being uniformly mixing with the composition at 250 deg.C or less, and the method for producing the composite.
