PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition which is excellent in pressure-sensitive adhesive characteristics at normal temperature, retains a sufficient cohesive strength irrespectively of whether a crosslinking agent is used or not, hardly leaves behind a residual adhesive, and does not cause a problem with adhesive liquid stability even in blending. SOLUTION: This pressure-sensitive adhesive composition contains a natural rubber and/or a polyisoprene rubber and a styrene-1,4-butadiene-butylene-styrene block copolymer as elastomer components.
