PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vasoactive agent especially an inhibitor of vasoconstriction, useful as a prophylactic and therapeutic agent of hypertension, arteriosclerosis, hypercardia, myocardial infarction, cardiac failure or the like using the GPR14 antagonistic activity, and to provide a new benzazepine derivative having the GPR14 antagonistic activities. SOLUTION: This GPR14 antagonist contains a compound represented by formula (I) [wherein, Ar is an aryl group which may be substituted; X is a spacer; n is an integer of 1-10; R is a hydrocarbon group which may be substituted or the like, or may form a ring by bonding to Ar or the like; and Y is an amino group which may be substituted] or the like, or a salt thereof.
