PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for importing squillas and shellfishes keeping tastiness totally equal to the taste that is obtained from domestic squillas and shellfishes steamed and boiled in fresh states. SOLUTION: When the squillas and shellfishes steamed and boiled in water to eat except bottled and canned foods are imported, the squillas and shellfishes are steamed and boiled in water in a place of origin, are packaged in vinyl after they are cooled and are imported by freezing preservation. When the squillas and shellfishes are worked, the use of preserving agent demands a careful consideration within an allowable range.
