PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-axis output encoder in a carrying device of simple configuration. SOLUTION: In this carrying device for carrying an object by drive motors 70A and 70B which are connected to two coaxial output shafts of an inner shaft 21B and a hollow outer shaft 21A to drive the output shafts independently, a shaft seal 63 is interposed between the inner shaft 21B and the outer shaft 21A and between the outer shaft 21A and a cylindrical housing 62, a traction drive reduction gear comprising the drive motors 70A and 70B, circumscribed shafts 20A and 20B, intermediate shafts 30A and 30B, and inscribed cylinders 40A and 40B to reduce the rotation of the drive motors 70A and 70B is disposed on the atmosphere side, and position detectors 67B and 69B of the inner shaft 21B are pierced through the reduction gears, and position detectors 67A and 69A of the outer shaft 21A are arranged between the shaft seal 63 and the reduction gears 70A and 70B, and provided on the atmospheric side.
