PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a resin bond wheel with no bubble remaining in a super abrasive grain layer and having high strength and excellent grindability. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of the resin bond wheel comprises the steps of filling a die with mixture containing a super abrasive grain and a thermosetting resin, and hardening a resin by raising temperature up to the maximum temperature while applying pressure thereby forming the super abrasive grain layer. In this method, during the step of raising temperature up to the maximum temperature, at least one breathing is carried out.
