PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high fatigue strength welding joint to which a perforated steel plate dowel capable of being produced by a simple welding method is welded and joined. SOLUTION: At the end parts of a corner boxing welding part which has a problem of fatigue in joint structure wherein the perforated steel plate dowel is welded in a structure member undergoing the fatigue, a weld bead which forms it is formed with weld metal wherein temperature to start transformation from austenite to martensite is from under 350 deg.C to over 150 deg.C.
