PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reaction vessel of minute volume, in which temperature in a plurality of reaction regions equipped in one substrate is controlled easily and efficiently. SOLUTION: The reaction vessel of minute volume, in which temperature in a plurality of reaction regions contained in one reaction vessel is controlled, is equipped with reaction regions not less than 3 series paralleled on the same plane of a substrate and with temperature controlling means arranged at every series of the reaction regions and the above series are equipped with two or more reaction regions.
