PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide central cleaning equipment in which a vacuum cleaner with a built-in motor fan is connected to an insertion opening provided on a floor, a wall or others, via a pipe, which has achieved better functions by removing the corresponding line between the vacuum cleaner and the insertion opening, leading to the easier and better installment, by improving the dust collecting capability, and by reducing the weight of the hand controller. SOLUTION: In this equipment, a vacuum cleaner body 20 with a built-in motor fan 2 is connected to one of the insertion openings 21 provided on floors, walls, and so on, via a pipe, and a hose 6 has, on one end, a pipe connecting part 24 to connect the hose to the insertion opening 21 and, on the other end, a hand controller 25, with which an extension pipe 9 and a nozzle 10 is connected furthermore. The insertion opening 21 is supplied with power from commercial power source 22. Both the vacuum cleaner body 20 and the cleaning unit 26 are provided with a radio communication means, 30 or 27 for communicating by radio.
