PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange method for a hot water tank for cooking, which is easy to produce, whose heat exchange efficiency is good and whose work efficiency is high, and which enables to enrich the variety of noodles that can be boiled simultaneously. SOLUTION: A reverse concave part 17 is provided at each bottom 15 of plural cooking spaces 14a, 14b, which are formed by dividing with a partition 41 and contain the hot water individually. The each concave part 17 has a cylindrical body 19 whose opened ends are both in free communication with the inside parts of the cooking spaces 14a, 14b so that the hot water contained in the cooking spaces 14a, 14b can pass through. The heat from a heat source 33 is transferred from the below opening part of the concave part 17 to the surrounding area of the cylindrical body 19 independently by the unit of the each cooking space 14a or 14b. Thus, it becomes possible to heat the hot water 24 contained in the cooking spaces 14a, 14b, by the unit of the individual cooking space 14a or 14b.
