PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor, etc., capable of suppressing blurring of moving-instructing operation occurring in the case of making click- instructing operation. SOLUTION: The information processor having a picture displaying part for displaying a picture, on which a pointer is displayed, and an operation part for performing the click-instructing operation for operating a push-in operation member into a push-in state or a non push-in state and the moving- instructing operation of the pointer including upper/lower/left/right directions and performing prescribed operation corresponding to the clicking-instructing operation and the moving operation of the pointer corresponding to the moving- instructing operation to display the result of the operation is provided with a control means. When the push-in operation member of the operation part is shifted to the push-in state from the non push-in state, the control means performs control for invalidating the moving-instructing operation generated in a fixed period just before the moving and returning the pointer to a position just before the moving-instructing operation is invalidated.
