PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat keyboard capable of preventing a key sheet and a key cover from floating when operating keys. SOLUTION: In the flat keyboard provided with the plural keys and the key sheet 1a where menus and numerals, etc., are formed corresponding to the arrangement of the keys, cutting portions are provided for every key area of the sheet 1a. Thus, when a key is depressed, areas other than the key area corresponding to the depressed key are prevented from being displaced.
