PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem where an effective commercial has not been realized so far. SOLUTION: The mobile communication terminal comprises a storage part in which a commercial information is stored, and a switching part for manual switching whether to output the stored commercial information to a display or speaker or not. When the switching part is switched to an output side, the commercial information is automatically outputted to the display or speaker when the terminal is in any one or more states of receiving a call, calling, and waiting. Related to the commercial method, a contract is agreed between a mobile communication company and an owner of the mobile communication terminal where the owner is provided with a prescribed profit under such condition as a commercial information presented. The commercial information is stored in the terminal of the owner, and the prescribed profit is provided to the owner while a part or the entire loss which occurs in the mobile communication company is charged to a presenter of the commercial information.
