PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna device by which the enclosure of a portable radio device can be vibrated without being restricted in terms of a space inside the enclosure of the portable radio device, and to provide the portable radio device. SOLUTION: In the portable radio device 1, a vibration generating means 13 is arranged inside the head part 8 of an antenna 6 which protrudes from the enclosure 2 of the device 1. Consequently, the enclosure 2 can be vibrated without being restricted in terms of the space inside the enclosure 2. A space which is occupied by a vibration generating source inside the enclosure 2 in conventional devices can be used effectively, and it is possible to promote that the enclosure 2 of the device 1 can be miniaturized and made thin. In this manner, the space inside the head part 8 is used effectively, and a vibration in the reception of radio waves is ensured.
