PURPOSE: Provided is a ceramic binder which can emit incense continuously for a long period of time and be made into various accessaries satisfying consumers' demands. Also, a method for producing the ceramic binder is provided. CONSTITUTION: The ceramic binder emitting incense has a porous ceramics layer(10) mainly formed of any one selected from zirconia(ZrO2) or alumina(Al2O3); a ceramics protecting layer(20) mainly formed of any one selected from zirconia(ZrO2) or alumina(Al2O3); a binder layer(30) physically and chemically binding the ceramics protecting layer(20) to the porous ceramics layer(10) by intergranular diffusion. The porous ceramics layer(10) has a pore size of 10 to 200 micrometers and a porosity of 10 to 70%. The ceramics protecting layer(20) has a thickness of 2 micrometers to 3 millimeters. The porous ceramics layer(10) is dipped into a perfume for 5 minutes to 1 hour so that the perfume is absorbed through the layer by capillary phenomena. By this way, the incense of the perfume can be continuously emitted for a long period of time. |
