PURPOSE: Provided is ready-to-eat laver soup with seafood. It contributes to increase fishery income and is easily and simply cooked by using boiled water. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of ready-to-eat laver soup comprises the steps of: cutting collected laver into a size of 10cm; washing the cut laver to remove impurities and drying it; roasting the dried laver; grinding seafood such as dried prawn, stripped shellfish, mussel, oyster and the like, into powders; preparing refined salts, spices and dried spring onions; portioning 5g of the prepared laver, 2g of the prepared seafood powders. 20mg of spices, 1g of refined salts, 1g of dried spring onions in a container made of styrene resin. |
