PURPOSE: Provided is a laver roaster which coats a regular amount of oil on the both sides of laver to improve its flavor, thereby hygienically producing seasoned laver. CONSTITUTION: The laver roaster consists of: a first transfer conveyer(160) and a lining conveyer(170) which transfer laver; a first spray nozzle(120) which sprays oil contained in an oil container(110) to the whole surface of the laver; a pair of rotary transfer machine(180) which turn the oil coated laver over and transfer it; a second spray nozzle(121) which sprays oil to the whole surface of the turned over laver; an auxiliary transfer conveyer(190) and a second transfer conveyer(200) which transfer the oil coated laver; a seasoning container(140) which seasons the laver; and a roasting unit(150). |
