PURPOSE: Provided is a system for multifunctional vapor condenser to concentrate wastewater or chemicals water. The system separates into concentrated water and water of a high degree of purity by transferring vapor and concentrated water from each level using the decompression interval of each level. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises the following parts: a tank(1) for wastewater; heat-exchangers(2a, 2b, 2c) connected with vapor pipes and wastewater pipes in the tank(1); vapor concentrators(3, 4, 5); a sludge tank(20); a circulation-water tank(30); a condenser(9); a high-pressure pump(10a) and an ejector(10b); and a vacuum device for decompressing the inner side of the condenser(9).
