PURPOSE: A waste treatment apparatus using a low and high frequency induction heating is provided to provide simplified equipment for preventing a generation of dioxin by using a low and high frequency induction heating. CONSTITUTION: A waste treatment apparatus using a low and high frequency induction heating comprises a heating screw drum and a heating drum screw fan(3). The heating screw drum is rotated by a motor(9) in a constant RPM and in a constant rotation direction. The heating screw drum is heated by a current induced from a high frequency induction coil(1) instantaneously, thereby incinerating a waste. The heating drum screw fan(3) exhausts an incinerated dust into an exhaust port(11). A waste gas generated when incinerating the waste, is exhausted into a waste gas outlet(11-1) formed separately.
