PURPOSE: A device and a method for searching/editing a movie script and a system for a script searching/editing service using a network are provided to enable a user to apply a movie script to learning and to perform reinforcement learning by using a movie script searching/editing device with which script searching and partial editing are possible. CONSTITUTION: A movie script searching/editing device includes a CD(Compact Disk) driver(100), a storage(200), a searching/editing control unit(300), a user interface(400), and a display control unit(500). In the storage, the scenes and a script partially edited by an editing module(340) in the searching/editing control unit are stored. The searching/editing control unit searches a scene corresponding to a target speech from a movie CD loaded in the CD driver and partially edits the sought scene. At least one movie title including the target speech sought by a searching module(320) and the index information of the speech are displayed on a monitor of a user by the display control unit. At least one scene accompanied with the target speech is sought by the searching module and is displayed on the monitor.
